Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing the freight forwarding, customs clearing, or warehousing services provided by Inzalo Logistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all cross-border, domestic, and international shipments managed by our enterprise.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotations provided via our web platform or commercial team are estimates based on the cargo specifications, weight, dimensions, and routing information provided by the client. Final invoicing may be subject to adjustments due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, unexpected customs duties, or carrier rate variations at the time of dispatch.

3. Cargo Restrictions & Compliance

The client is responsible for ensuring that all cargo complies with South African and international export/import laws. Inzalo Logistics reserves the right to refuse the transport of hazardous materials, contraband, or illegally sourced goods. The client assumes full liability for any delays, fines, or confiscations resulting from inaccurate customs declarations or prohibited items.

4. Liability and Insurance

While Inzalo Logistics exercises the utmost care in pan-African supply chain execution, our liability for loss or damage to cargo is strictly limited to the standard terms set out in our commercial waybill/bill of lading. We highly recommend that clients secure comprehensive marine or transit insurance for high-value inventory.

5. Payment Terms

Unless a prior credit facility has been established, all customs duties, taxes, and freight charges must be settled prior to the final release of cargo. Standard commercial payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of statement for approved accounts.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
